1. How do I place an order?
Placing an order is very simple; you must add the products you wish to purchase to your shopping cart. You will then be asked if you wish to open an account or order without opening an account, if you already have an account you may log-in. You will then be guided through your order until you are asked to pay through PayPal or by Credit or Debit Card.
2. How do I know the delivery date for my order?
All of our products are listed with a delivery time. Once your order has been placed a member of our sales team will be in touch to confirm a delivery date.
3. Can I return items?
Products may be returned to us with our prior agreement. A collection charge will apply for the return of items.
4. What if something arrives damaged?
Damaged items should be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery. If items arrive damaged this should be noted on any paperwork. If items are signed for as undamaged we may not be able to offer a refund.
